This is modeled here as an Identifiable object, but perhaps is should be a complex datatype, It could be used anyplace a reference to a specific DDI object (NOT and class) is needed.

If I want to be able to point to any identifiable DDI object wouldn't my relationship type of object just be Identifiable? If this needs to be a specific data type it should probably be a ComplexDataType with the 3 properties noted and then change to a property type in terms of its use.
