Comments

I think this was just a placeholder for a class in SimpleCodebook. This should be merged at some point.

BTR, OR, JJ - Response domain is redundant with the elements under Category - these elements were Conceptual and Value domains.

BTR, OR, JJ - Response domain is redundant with the elements under Category - specifically, the examples above make it seem like it is referring to Conceptual domain. Because it is redundant with this Foundational object, we recommend removing it as an object in itself. The Conceptual domain object related to Category have not been defined.

Can a response domain as it is stated in the class be used directly? There are several specializations.
