An OrderRelation defining the order of LogicalResourceSegments. Note that segments may overlap. Segments from some logical resources may be linear and Allen's interval algebra may apply. In other cases more general spatial relations may apply as in the Region Connection Calculus https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Region_connection_calculus
