Added automatic builds
Each day a ZIP-file is created via cron.
The builds consist of XMI, XSD, DocBook, PDF and graphs in dot, svg and png.
Added basic validation for names
installed module for validation, some rules for object and package names have been defined.
Added help for creating and managing the model
Guidelines for naming and propeties.
Added stage-tagging for objects
Re-arranged "Status" and added field for Stage, filter added on objects page.
Changes for Datatype
Datatype taxonomy is replaced by a datatype content type, to create a new one go to /node/add/datatype. You can specify basic documentation of the datatype and specify enumerated values. A datatype must be placed in a package.

Methodology Package.

Methodology grows the vision of Dan Gillman and others from the Minneapolis Sprint in several ways. Methodology now integrates with the process model (CoreProcess) if folks want to describe a methodology in detail (not required).

Also, in line with BPMN / BPEL and the visions of Denis, Arofan and Flavio who want to integrate DDI and a standard business processing language to facilitate metadata-driven execution, across the Methodology and CoreProcess models I created two types of process description.


Contains all objects for the Simple Codebook use case that are not covered somewhere else. Package was revised during Dagstuhl 2014. Previously contained objects have been moved to package Deleted due to overlap with DataDescription and Instrument packages.
Realizations of Methodology are added in 2017


The DataCapture package contains classes used to describe the process of collecting, acquiring, or capturing data from various sources. Sources could include surveys, databases, registries, administrative data, bio-medical devices, environmental sensors, or any other source or instrument.


Logical Data Description has evolved into a description of data structures, not data. Data is described separately in FormatDescription. Of course, the description of data leverages the description of data structures found in Logical Data Description.

The data structures described in Logical Data Description are largely based on Instance Variables.


Conceptual covers all of the basic components of ISO/IEC 11179 as captured and represented in the GSIM Concepts Group
The Conceptual package will review all parts of the GSIM Concepts Group content and determine if and where adjustments need to be made to interact well with the overall mandate of DDI regarding support for work outside of the GSIM sphere and required levels of abstraction.
